Classes are 60min. in length. A Yoga mat and a quiet space is all you need. Experience with Yoga isn’t required.

A YOGA FLOW PRACTICE
ACTIVE STRENGTH: A YOGA FLOW PRACTICE is designed to help get your blood flowing and your muscles activated. This class is perfect for anyone with a regular Yoga practice or those wanting to get started. Build strength and endurance with a class designed to get you out of your head and back to your body. A yang based practice that incorporates sun salutations and standing poses including balance work, along with deep stretches and a short relaxation to finish.
Pay only for the classes you can attend or want the recordings for. Class passes enable you to attend either Tuesday or Thursday evenings. Upon purchase, please include which classes you’d like to enjoy or email email@example.com
Passes valid for 6 months from date of purchase, refunds are not provided. Meeting links are provided on the day of each class. Cancellations accepted up to 24-hours before live class – remember even if you can’t make the live class, recordings are provided.
