Longer held Yin-based poses, Restorative poses along with guided meditations and Yoga Nidra. 75-min. each week completely dedicated to you. Helping you to de-stress and connect, sleep better and enjoy better mobility and ease in your body.
This is therapeutic Yoga in a small group setting, designed to help you release chronic stress, tension and trauma. Only 4 spots available for each series to ensure a more personal experience. No experience with Yoga is needed. I will be running 2 separate series – this link is for the TUESDAY classes.
Classes are held at the Love Shack Yoga Studio: 153 1/2 Coleman Ave. Toronto ON in East York. Free street parking or a short walk to Main St. TTC or Danforth GO.
All props provided, no experience required, please wear comfortable layers to class.
