Yoga for Self-Care


This 4-week series is all about self-care practices just for you! Enjoy a gentle slow flow combined with breathing exercises and meditative moments. Longer held Yin-based poses, Restorative poses along with guided meditations and Yoga Nidra. 75-min. each week completely dedicated to you. Helping you to de-stress and connect, sleep better and enjoy better mobility and ease in your body.

$88 for all 4 classes. All props provided, no experience required, please wear comfortable layers to class.
