Join Lisa for her ongoing weekly online Yoga classes and enjoy from the comfort of home. Recordings of each class are also available for the following 7 days so you can match your Yoga schedule to your life schedule, no matter where you live or what time zone you are in.
Classes are 60min. in length. A Yoga mat and a quiet space is all you need. Experience with Yoga isn’t required.

A YOGA FLOW PRACTICE
ACTIVE STRENGTH: A YOGA FLOW PRACTICE is designed to help get your blood flowing and your muscles activated. This class is perfect for anyone with a regular Yoga practice or those wanting to get started. Build strength and endurance with a class designed to get you out of your head and back to your body. A yang based practice that incorporates sun salutations and standing poses including balance work, along with deep stretches and a short relaxation to finish.

A SOOTHING YOGA PRACTICE
CALM SPACE: A SOOTHING YOGA PRACTICE is the ultimate Yoga focused class to release stress and tension from your body through deep and longer held stretches. Helping you calm your nervous system, improving sleep and well-being through guided meditation and Yoga based breathing practices. Quiet your mind while cultivating the nourishing aspects of Yin and Restorative Yoga. The perfect answer for your recovery days or an excellent way to get started or commit to a regular mindfulness program.
Pay only for the classes you can attend or want the recordings for. Class passes enable you to attend either Tuesday or Thursday evenings. Upon purchase, please include which classes you’d like to enjoy or email email@example.com
Passes valid for 6 months from date of purchase, refunds are not provided. Meeting links are provided on the day of each class. Cancellations accepted up to 24-hours before live class – remember even if you can’t make the live class, recordings are provided.

Sangha Wellness Space
Sangha Wellness Space is a serene space built and designed by Lisa and her husband Bob for healing and wellness. Natural light and textures with bamboo flooring and infrared heating panels make this the ultimate chill lounge. Used regularly for all healing modalities including hot stone massage, psychotherapy, sound therapy, meditation and yoga therapy. Located in East York, Toronto close to Main St. subway station. Our studio is currently closed for classes but we look forward to opening soon!
