Yoga for Mental Well-Being course is designed to help you integrate the tools from Yoga to strengthen your mental well-being, balance your emotional health and feel more connected mind, body and spirit. Use this information to create your own personalized daily self-care practice and/or design and share with your clients. Together, taking ownership of our mental health with Yoga.

This course is open to everyone with a desire to learn how Yoga can help create and maintain our mental well-being. Experience with Yoga while recommended, is not required.

Learning Objectives:

  • Discuss the importance of a holistic wellness practice for mental health.
  • Create a deeper understanding of our subtle body through the koshas.
  • Learn how the tools from Yoga can create balance for our mental well-being.
  • Design personalized self-care programs for your clients.

Choose How You Want to Learn:

This course is offered in a variety of ways to appeal to your learning style, pace of learning and desire for when you want to get started. A 2-hr online version of this course, Yoga for Mental Well-Being: Creating a Daily Practice is available now. Or, choose to attend the next virtual live 4-hr course, Yoga for Mental Well-Being where you have the option to either purchase the live course only or with the online course as well. In respect of privacy, live virtual courses are never recorded. Currently there are no live in person courses being offered.

Continuing Education Credits:
